250K people still play, and the DEV's are active as shit. Just released new planetary features. This game will be around a long time.

Yes this game is wide open for anyone to do whatever they wish....even at the expense of others...even in the "so-called" Protected areas

scamming....stealing...baiting...switching...is what is dominating Eve right now unfortunatly.

If you can stay away from that...and alliances that promote that type of activity...then you will have a ton of fun...however each day it seems more and more alliances do whatever they can to get what they want through whatever means they want.
