Guild Leader & Co-GMS - Leads the guild, defines policy and works on raid planning, recruiting and outlining guild goals.
Officer - Enforces guild policy assists in raid leading, recruiting and helps manage guild assets. Helps organize raids, setup group composition and goes over strategy for Raid content. Plans, researches and implements new strategies.
Raid Member - The highest obtainable membership rank reserved for our core players. Full loot priority and part of our core raid force. Priority raid spot is granted to members of this rank.
Casual Member - This rank is reserved for members that don't raid often or raid only occasionally. They are considered part time raid members with a lower loot priority.
Thunderfriend - This rank is reserved for casual RL friends of ours that just want to be part of quality guild. Better known as our "Friends and Family" plan. This rank has zero loot priority on raids.
Applicant - This rank is designated for players applying to be a part of our raid guild. It's the most demanding and least rewarding rank. Applicant members are expected to have a high raid attendance 75%+ in order to be considered for full membership.
Lowest loot priority is granted during the applicant rank phase but DKP is still earned. |
